The following form should be used to submit announcements to Big Island Weekly’s calendar section. Before completing the form, we recommend you review our calendar sections to see how announcements appear in print.
Please fill out all fields. Send your announcement at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. While Big Island Weekly makes every effort to accommodate announcements submitted by the community, publication is not guaranteed. Preference is given to free events that are open to the public.
This is intended for community use only and should not be used to submit spam, business solicitations or press releases about events or activities that do not occur on the Big Island.
